How are adhesive restorations prepared?
Adhesive restorations only require cavity removal.

Infected dentine loses organized tubular structure whereas affected dentine retains tubular structure and is vital.

If you have 2mm caries free you have a guaranteed successful adhesive restoration.
Why is enamel etched to enamel?
Can’t bond composite resin to demineralized resin.
What type of bur should be used for removing caries?
When choosing bur use the largest bur possible for easy removal of caries
