Unit 3 is at 100% power with all systems in a normal lineup.
A ground develops on NNN-D12 and it de-energizes.
One minute later, the ‘A’ Main Feed Pump trips on overspeed.

The RO inadvertently depresses the TEST/RESET pushbutton while attempting to perform a lamp test on the RPCB module.
Realizing the mistake, the RO depresses the TEST/RESET pushbutton again to clear the light.
