Definition and role of SET
Schlumberger Empowerment Team, Std 9
The SET is a group of proactive employees, present in every organization, which represents employees and management, and which addresses HSE issues. They assist in the prevention and mitigation of loss or damage to persons, assets, or the environmental, also they participate in the investigations. They also participate on a community activity.
Locations with more than 50 people shall have a dedicated SET.
Locations with less than 50 people shall be covered by closest SET
