A

Objective:

  • Have a risk management strategy that includes proactive and systematic identification and analysis of hazards subsequent minimization of associated risks.
  • Set a standard process and tools for identification of hazards, assessment of risk and definition of required control measures.

A
  • Blue: Safe to proceed, insignificant
  • Green: acceptable, proceed carefully with continuous improvement. Low
  • Yellow: undesirable, Demonstrate ALARP before proceeding. Medium
  • Red: Intolerable, do not take risk. High
  • Black: evacuate country or region. Extreme.
