- Migraine HA
- Cocaine and meth intoxication to decrease catecholamine surge
- In acute MI to decrease sympathetic tone in order to reduce myocardial O2 consumption

- 2nd or 3rd degree heart block
- Sinus brady
- Asthma
- CHF

- Hypotension, bradycardia, conduction defects
