- Signs of dig toxicity
- SVT that may be due to accessory pathways, ie. WPW or LGL (b/c it decreases the refractoriness of the accessory pathway bypass tract and may produce a more rapid ventricular response, VF/VT)

Side Effects (4)
A
- Cardiac arrhythmias: Atach w/block, PACs/PVCs, ventricular bigeminy, VT, accelerated junctional or nonparoxysmal junctional tach, high levels of block
- Anorexia, abd cramps, diarrhea, N/V, weakness
- Visual disturbances (blurred yellow/green vision, halo effects)
- Mental confusion
