monitor and evaluate progress- comparing assessments to plan for future developments
What are the stages of performance profiling?
1)Identify and define key qualities for performance
2)Profile your perceptions of the athlete’s levels and profile the athlete’s perceptions of their levels
3)Discuss your and the athlete’s profiles and identify perceived areas of strength and areas for improvement
4)Agree on goals and discuss how they will be achieved
5)Repeat the profiling to monitor progress
