Intensity can be measured through heart rate which increases the harder you work

Varies depending on intensity and type
What is reversibility in training?
Most adaptations resulting from training are reversible
Training loads reduced or training stopped
Avoid long periods of inactivity
Lack of exercise causes atrophy
What is speed?
The quickness with which one can move from one point to another
What is stamina?
The capacity of the muscle or group of muscles to work continuously

The range of movement at the joint

Proficiency, facility, or dexterity that is acquired or developed through training or experience
