On lift off, controls the rate according to the schedule.
What happens in the descent phase?
Optimises to reach landing elevation by touchdown.
What is the limit for cabin ROD in the auto function?
750fpm
What happens to outflow valve after touchdown?
a few seconds after will go to fully open.
When do the Safety Valves open?
+8.6psi -1psi
Will get ECAM if open for more than 1 minute.
When will the RPCU depressurise the aircraft?
When on ground and safety valve not open AND
Manual mode
AND Both CPCs failed
AND Engine shutdown
