They have accepted the conditions of carriage and shown an intent to travel so don’t have to let her off. Is she a danger to the passengers or aircraft? Ask the IFM to speak to her.

A
Keep crew together, responsibility is with passengers and crew. Will be in shock. Ask for medical assistance for shock.
Call company before BALPA
May be arrested
May be D and A tested.
They will also try and split you up.
Do Not sign anything.
Do Not speak to media or offer opinion.

What will you do with crew who reports stinking of booze?

A

Tell them to call sick and report it, state facts. I can smell alcohol on you, I suggest you call in sick now, or I will have to report you.
