it is a systematic vasculitis that affects the small and medium size vessels in many organs. You tend to see cytoplasmic anti-neutrophls and cytoplasmic antibodies (C-ANCA) with the inflammation. IT affects the lungs, kidneys and sinuses and the same treatment as Good Pasteur
