Patient comes int th R with a acute shortness of breath after a motor vehicle accident so it penetrating trauma to the lungs, tympanic percussion, absent breath sounds, tracheal deviation to the opposite side and needle decompression and chest tube
What is differ alveolar hemorrhagic syndromes
it is acute bleeding from the lungs ( upper respiratory tract and the trachea)
What are the 2 types of Diffuse alveolar hemorrhagic syndrome
Goodpasteur and Wegener’ Granulomatosis
What is good Pasteur syndrome
it is when there are Antiglomuerular antibodies attack the basement membrane in the lungs and the kidneys that leads to bleeding in the lungs. the treatment is corticosteroids
What is wegners glomerulitits
it is a systematic vasculitis that affects the small and medium size vessels in many organs. You tend to see cytoplasmic anti-neutrophls and cytoplasmic antibodies (C-ANCA) with the inflammation. IT affects the lungs, kidneys and sinuses and the same treatment as Good Pasteur

A lung tumor that deals with neuroendocrine hormone that are associated with SIADH (ADH), Cushing and Lambert-Eaton and Polymositits
What is Squamous cell carcinoma
type of lung tumor that is associated with smoking and hypercalcemia and is characterized by its keratin pearl.
What is adenocarcinoma
it lung tumor that is associated with glands or duct formation.
