Enteric gram-negative bacilli (Pseudomonas aeruginosa)

Gram-positive cocci (Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA))

Other enteric gram-negative bacteria include Enterobacter species, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Serratia marcescens, Proteus species, and Acinetobacter species).
