How do you manage a patient with severe gestational hypertension?
A
- Acute IV antihypertensive
- Maintain in house
- Start maintenance antihypertensive
- Administer steroids and deliver at 34 weeks

- Progression to severe preeclampsia and eclampsia
- Increased coagulopathy
