A
PIH, pityriasis versicolor is smaller lesions and on the trunk, vitiligo is sharply demarcated and fully devoid of pigment, MF is more widespread

A
UV protection, emollients BID, topical steroids, topical calcineurin inhibitors to decrease inflammation
