A

very rare, cases in Japan. Average onset 30 years.

A

unknown, may be related to mast cells

Clinical signs

A

pruritic follicular pustules and papules, eruptive nature, erythematous patches and plaques with central clearing with annular lesions.

A

7-10 days, spontaneously resolve then recur in 4 weeks

Treatment

A

oral antihistamines for itch, topical steroids, calcineurin inhibitors. Indomethacin 50mg/day. UVB, Minocycline 100mg BID, Dapsone 100mg/day x 2 weeks
