coin shaped, common, a/w atopic derm, asetotic eczema and stasis dermatitis

erythematous annular plaque 1cm-3cm, may be weeping, lichenification, well demarcated, prurituc, males in lower legs and females common on forearms and hands. chronic course

high potent topical steroids bid x 10 days, if severe may need oral steroids. once controlled, high potent steroid 2x weekly with a daily cacineurin inhibitor and phototherapy to control
