itching becomes a habit, hx of atopy, hyperplasia from scratching

Clinical features
A
brown flat papule with heightened skin lines and excoriations, itching worse at night

A
posterior neck, occipital scalp, forearms and lower legs, ankles

tx
A
stop the cycle, occluded topical steroids and intralesional steroids, oral gabapentin

stop scratching, occlusive dsg at night to stop, can do patch testing as it could be due to a contact derm
