Treatment

A

1) Weight reduction
2) Metformin (with DM or metabolic syndrome)
3) Low dose OCP
4) Medroxogesterone (decrease LH and androgenesis)
5) Spironolactone (acne and hirsutism)
6) Clomiphene (for pregnancy)
