- Dyspepsia
- Nausea
- Allergic reaction
- Haematological reactions

What are the 4 contraindications of paracetamol?
A
- Known or suspected allergy to paracetamol
- Precious paracetamol dose within 4 hours
- Children without sufficient gag reflex to swallow measured dose
- Not to be given to children < 1 month old

- Impaired hepatic function

What are the special notes in regards to paracetamol?
A
As a general rule kids administered paracetamol should not be left at home
