A
- Effector mechanism - nerve impulses to relevant muscles
- Muscular output - muscles receive impulses and contract
- Output data - action is performed

Give a sporting example (basketball) for the 3 sections of output
A
- Impulses are sent to quadricep to prehard to jump for the ball; and biceps in arms to receive the ball.
- Biceps receive the impulse and begin to contract
- Jumping to receive the ball
