- PLR
- Examine lids, cornea and anterior chamber

* Look slightly upwards for tapetal reflex
* Nuclear sclerosis vs cataracts

What supplementary tests may be appropriate for ophthammic exam
A
- Schirmer tear test- before ant others
- Local anaesthetic- relax painful eye
- Fluroscein- corneal opacity and irregularity
