When do you not need a destination alternate?
Isolated Flying time of less than 6hrs AND 2 useable runways open 5km vis ceiling 2000ft or Circling+500ft For +/- 1hr Generally BA will plan for one Destination Alternate
What extra fuel do you need if you plan without a destination alternate?
15mins at 1500ft above destination.
1/2 of Final reserve fuel
When do you need 2 Destination Alternates?
When Wx indicates below minima at destination or no weather available.
When will a Fuel Alternate be planned?
When a diversion is considered unlikely.
What is the baseline and max CI for the A320? When might it change?
20 and Max 40. Will reduce if 10-15min early and may increase under VSOPS. Flights 20-30mins beyond STA will not be changed as you wont make it up.

Cat C

What is the APU policy?
Start as close to departure as possible, consider shutting down unless cabin environment requires it. Check airport regulations.
What is the General BA fuel planning philosophy?
Minimum Cost if payload is not an issue. If payload is tight or if fuel is expensive, minimum fuel.
When should you request another CIRRUS? Weight?
> 5T increase in ZFW
What runways does the TRIP fuel take into account?
Expected runways SID/STAR as per the forecast
What CI is diversion planned at?

If you have 2x Alternates what will you use for fuel planning?
The furthest one.
What is FRF?
30min at 1500ft at planned landing weight.
What is Contingency Fuel?
5% 3% if ERA 20min at cruise consumption Stat Con OR 5min at 1500ft Whichever is higher
When might you increase Taxi Fuel?
Remote holding or significant taxi delays, perhaps de-icing etc.
