A
Inhaled or cutaneous skin wound in infected soil

What does a nocardiosis pulmonary infection look like
A
A lot like TB….hemoptysis, fever, night sweats, chest pain, abcesses

smear/culture on BCYE (yeast extract + activated charcoal, gram stain, acid fast to confirm its not actinomyces
