How is it treated
A
No treatment, give supportive care and even though the patient has low blood pressure, do NOT give fluids.

What are the two stages of hantavirus
A
1) Rapid onset pulmonary edema with flu like symptoms
2) Respiratory failure and cardiogenic shock
- Cough, shortness of breath, fluid accumulation, Low blood pressure (cardiogenic shock)
