speech. These areas are located in
the dominant hemisphere, such as
Broca’s and supplementary motor
areas

1. Inconsistent speech sound errors on consonants and vowels, in repeated productions of syllables and words.
2. Disrupted and/or lengthened coarticulatory transitions between
   sounds and syllables.
