A

he suggests that employee’s are money motivated and motivation will increase if monatary means of motivation exsist such as piece rates.

  • he was an engineer not a psychologists therefore he was concerened with the increased productivity of the business rather than the well-being of the employee
  • outdated, job satisfaction wasnt really a common concept.
