it is a method used to meet key departmental tasks in order to reach strategic objectives.

- if some employee’s aren’t involved they may not help make sure it’s achieved.

what is contingency planning?
A
refers to acknowledging that the strategic or tactical plan put in place may fail, therefore implementing a plan B in case of a failure - the more risks that are anticipated the better for the business.

A
when a business deals with an event that threatens to harm the business or stakeholders a “crisis”.
