- our body can store them however some cannot which is why we need to eat a fresh supply everyday

- helps the body to absorb the mineral calcium

- found in dairy foods
- keeps bones strong which leads to less chance of osteoperosis and less likely fracture a bone or get injured.

A
WATER AND FIBRE ARE NOT MICRONUTRIENTS
- prevents dehydration and found in most liquids and food.
- fibre aids the digestive system like ceral, veg and nuts.
