State the factors that don’t work together.
if you are not healthy enough to take part in regular exercise your fitness levels will deteriorate causing performance levels to drop and health benefits will not be gained.
explain the relationship between exercise and health.
Regular exercise can lead to benefits such as an increase in fitness/fitness levels which leads to an improved performance too. And improving fitness can lead to health benefits such as the reduced risk of Coronary heart disease and osteoporosis.
