Q

What aer safety needs

A

Safety needs - If employees are worried about their own personal safety, then they’re not going to be in any position to be performing well at work. If an employee is worried that the building is about to burn down, they’re not going to be concentrating on fulfilling their job, they’ll be more concerned of their safety, and the safety of the people around them

What are social needs

A

Social needs - The need for love, belonging, the feeling of a social group. For example, you’re probably not going to be able to concentrate at work if you’ve fallen out with a friend. So if your basic social needs are not being met, then you won’t be able to perform as well.
