How are good human resource objectives made
A good human resource objective will come directly from the corporate objectives, and will enable the human resource department to contribute towards the organisation achieving its overall corporate objectives.

What effect do corporate objectives have
Corporate objectives - If the organisation is looking to grow, it might have to hire 200 new employees to staff new branches. If the organisation is at a different point it might just be looking to survive, then they might want to lighten the amount they spend on wages month to month, by reducing the number of staff employed.
What effect do finances available have
Finances available - Budget available for recruitment - The corporate objective might be to open new store locations, and employ new staff members to fulfil the demand for each store, but does the organisation have the finances available to do so.
What effect does marketing have
Marketing - Training requirements for staff - For example the organisation wants to do a digital marketing campaign, do the staff have the required skills to perform on that? Or would the company have to spend money on training staff, or going to a digital marketing agency
What effect do operations have
Operations - Labour intensive vs capital intensive
What effect does attention of managers have
Attitude of managers - Hard vs soft human resource management - Theory X vs Theory Y
What effect does the nature of the profuct have
Nature of the product - Traditional manufacturing product or is it a high tech company developing a software, medications, or services, restaurants etc. This will have a big impact on how staff are trained, and how their talent is developed
