Interpretation OF LABOUR TURNOVER

A

Interpretation:

The higher the percentage the more staff left the organisation

An increasing level of staff turnover is normally a concern (usually a sign of demotivation, and employees not being satisfied)

Some labour turnover may be considered positive as it means bringing in new ideas and talent
