A
  • Below elbow or stifle (no humerus, scapula or femur)
  • Must be able to oppose forces (compression)
    -simple transverse / non-displaced spiral
  • Not a toy breed radial fracture
  • Short healing time (young)
  • NOT CHEAP

  • Clinical exam = mandibular canines misaligned, excess movement, blood clot in the middle where symphysis should be
  • Radiographs - for other possible fractures
