A

A PO may use reasonable force to remove a person from or prevent entry onto a licensed premises, if

  • person is intoxicated
  • Person is behaving in an offensive or disorderly manner
  • reasonably suspects the person has/is about to supply liquor to an intoxicated person on the premises
