A

S8(8) Intervention Orders (Prevention of Abuse) Act 2009
(a) married;
( b)Domestic partners;
( c) Other form of intimate personal relationships in which their lives are interrelated and the actions one affect the other
( d)One is the child, stepchild or grandchild or is under guardianship of the other regardless of age
( e) One is the child, stepchild or grandchild or is under guardianship of a person who is or was formerly in a relationship with the other under (a)-(c) regardless of age
( f) One is a child and the other is a person who acts in loco parent is in relation to the child
( g) One is a child who normally or regularly resides or stays with the other
( h) Siblings
( i) Otherwise related to each other through blood, marriage, domestic partnership or adoption
( j) Related according to ATSI kinship rules or members of some culturally recognised group
( k) One is the career of the other
