2. Smokes consumes or allows other person to administer controlled drug/cannabis
3. Has possession equipment for use in connection of consumption/administration

• entree at any time any premises for the purpose of ascertaining whether the provisions of the act are complied with/contravened
• if reasonably necessary break into or opera any part of or anything in or on the premises and
• require the driver of any vehicle, vessel or aircraft to stop the V,V,A

Authorised officer may search any person whom the officer reasonably suspects has in or on his/her possession any substance or equipment in contravention of this Act

What are the powers to search vehicle/vessel/aircraft

Police officer who reasonably suspects that any substance or equipment that would afford evidence of an offence against this act is in any V/V/A they may:

• require driver to stop the V/V/A
• detain and search the V/V/A
• seize and remove anything reasonably suspected of affording evidence against the Act
