*in moderate cases pt must be unresponsive to initial salbut NEB

*MUST be admin in conjunction with NEB salbutamol

NEB 500mcg, repeated @ 20mins, total max dose 1.5mg

• 250mcg, repeated @ 20mins, total max dose 750mcg
