Acute moderate asthma or exacerbation of COPD not responding to initial salbutamol dose

Adult: 500 mcg NEB (max 2mg/24hrs)
Paed: <12 years 250mcg NEB (max 1mg/24hrs)
≥12 years 500mcg NEB (max 2mg/24hrs)

Side Effects
A
Transient Dry Mouth
Blurred Vision
Tachycardia
Headache
