These are individuals such as pastors, youth ministers, and teachers who have training in working with people in life development.
Nonprofessionals
Family members and friends often have good advice that can help us understand our life better.
Life Mapping
This process can provide a very effective approach to collecting the events of our lives and trying to make sense of what we collect.
Classic Works
The writings of others throughout history can provide valuable lessons to be learned.
Analyzing Trends
What patterns can be seen in the past and are happening right now? And what do these indicate about the future? These trends help us be prepared for what might happen.
