no increase of fatalaties without pep not cost effective no link between IE and dental/non dental procedures reg TB = greater risk of IE no clinical effectiveness

A
valve replacement pt’s, valvular heart disease + stenosis/regurgitation, structural congenital heart disease, prev IE

A
antibiotic use decreased by 78.6% and no increase of deaths
