1
Q

Type II/III Hypersensitivity

Autoimmune Rxns

Q

How does exercise effect the immune response?

A

Good:

  • Increased release of WBC, endorphins
  • Improves pain response and sleep patterns
  • Decreases depression

Bad:
- Long duration high intensity can have neg effect due to stress hormone cortisol and adrenaline that suppress immune system
