What are the possible causes of pulmonary fibrosis?

A

Lung damage: Infarction, pneumonia, tuberculosis

Diffuse parenchymal lung disease: Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and extrinsic allergic alveolitis
Connective tissue disease: Rheumatoid Arthritis, SLE
Medications: Amiodarone, Nitrofurantoin and Bleomycin.
Hypersensitivity pneumonitis
