A

Heart: concentric LVH, diastolic heart failure (beta myosin heavy chain), coronary artery disease, aortic dissection.

Brain: lacunar: posterior limb internal capsule. retinopathy
AV nicking

Renovascular: chronic kidney disease, hyperplastic arteriosclerosis (onion skin appearance)
