amoxicillin, clarithromycin and PPI BD for 7 days
if penicillin allergic - metronidazole can replace amoxicillin
re-test for h.pylori 4-8wks

another course of triple therapy with metronidazole or clarithromycin (whichever not used first time) , amoxicillin + PPI
