One recommended action , actions are what a person needs to achieve their goal .
Examples that will lower blood pressure ?
Eat five or more portions of fruit and veg per day , cut out salt , use relaxation techniques to reduce stress , join a gym , drink water alongside alcohol to reduce consumption .
Examples that will reduce BMI ?
Reduce fat and sugar in diet , don not exceed the recommended daily calories , get the bus a stop early and walk the rest of the way , drink water instead of sugary drinks .
Examples to reduce peak flow reading ?
half the number of cigarettes smoked each day , use nicotine patches , join an exercise or dance class .
Examples to reduce pulse rate and improve recovery time and exercise ?
Walk for half an hour at lunchtime , drink decaffeinated drinks , take up a physically active hobby , join a yoga group .
