Section 1 fraud 2006
A person is guilty of fraud is he is in breach of any of sections listed

Section 2 fraud 2006
A person is in breach of this section if they
Dishonestly make a false representation and intends by making the representation to make a gain for themselves or another to cause loss to another or to expose another to the risk of loss
Section 3 fraud 2006
A person is in breach of this section if they
Dishonestly fail to disclose to another information which he/she is under a legal duty to disclose and intend by failing to disclose the information will make a gain for himself or another, or cause loss or to expose another to the risk of loss
Section 4 fraud 2006
A person is in breach of this section if they
Occupy a position in which he/she is expected to safeguard or not act against the financial interests of another person and dishonestly abuses that position intending to make a gain for themselves or another
Or to cause loss or expose another to a risk of loss
Section 6 fraud 2006
A person is guilty of the offence if he has in his possession or under his control any article for use in the course of or in connection with any fraud
Section 7 fraud 2006
A person is guilty of the offence if he makes, adapts, supplies or offers to supply any article knowing that it is designed or adapted for use in the course of or in connection with fraud or intending it to commit or facilitate fraud
Section 11 fraud 2006
A person is guilty of an offence if
They obtain a service for themselves or another by a dishonest act
Section 3 theft act 1978 making off without payment
A person commits this offence if they know that payment on the spot is required for any goods supplied or services done and dishonestly make off without payment having paid as required or expected with intent to avoids payment of the amount due
What is a false document
A copy of a genuine document, or a form of ID that does not exist
Section 6(1) identify documents act 2010
Possession without reasonable excuse of a false identity document or an identity document which relates to another person
Section 4(1) identify documents act 2010
Possession of an identity document which is false, which the person knows or believes to be false and intends to use it to establish personal information about him/herself or to induce another to ascertain personal information about him/her
