Fitness to practice procedure
A
- Concern Received - could turn into an investigation
- Initial Inquires and Investigation - Visiting the site, pharmacy professional involved and identifying any
witnesses complete in three to nine months - Investigating Committee - a chair or deputy chair, two pharmacy professional members anda lay member.
- Fitness to practise committee - hearing in public.
