A style that is relaxed and unofficial

Informal language (words or phrases) usually tied to a specific group of people. Bling(something fancy), bounce(leave)(, throw shade(publicly criticize).
Colloquialism
An informal word or phrase. Everyday or ordinary language. “Whats up?” instead of how are you?, “gonna”, instead of going to, “y’all” instead of you all.

Degree of formality in a text.
jargon
Words used in a specific profession or discipline. Examples: business jargon like “circle back” or “low-hanging fruit”, medical jargon like “prognosis” or “diagnosis”, and legal jargon like “objection overruled”
second person
A narrative mode that addresses the reader as “you.”
