Ephesians 2:6 (NRSV)
“[6] and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus”
We are now sitting at the right hand of Jesus. We have His authority and power everywhere we go and we have the authority and the power to change every situation.
Ephesians 4:29 (NRSV)
“[29] Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only what is useful for building up, as there is need, so that your words may give grace to those who hear.”
Every time we open our mouths, it should be edifying, and encouraging people. Never speak negative words or pull people down. If we can’t speak faith, don’t speak. The moment we speak our problem over everything, you open the door for the devil to bring in more suffering. If you love yourself, your family, your spouse, your relationship: take your eyes off them.
