slow, steady decline
mental status, ABC, skin, vitals
drug-patient interactions
patient can’t clear drug
drug-drug interactions
more than one drug interact
SOB
can be experience during MI without chest pain
chest pain
can radiate to back and shoulder blades
altered mental status
common causes: medication, hypoglycemia, stroke, sepsis, hypothermia
abdominal pain and GI bleed
common causes: AAA, bowel obstruction, diverticulitis.
ask about their stool and vomit
dizziness, weakness and malaise
can be life-threatening, don’t ignore
